Bicyclist Dies After Collision with Pickup Truck on Mojave Drive in Victorville - VVNG.com - Victor Valley News

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 45-year-old bicyclist died after he was struck by a pickup truck in Victorville Saturday evening in the City of Victorville.

It happened on November 2, 2024, at about 6:23 pm, on Mojave Drive, near Village Drive.

When emergency personnel arrived they determined the bicyclist, identified as Manuel Rivera, a resident of Victorville, collided with a GMC Sierra. Rivera sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the GMC Sierra remained on scene and cooperated with deputies.

The Victorville Major Accident Investigation Team responded and assumed the investigation.
