GARDEN CITY, Utah — A semi truck has crashed through several garages, hitting a propane tank and injuring two people according to the Rich County Sheriff's Department.

The crash occurred at 18 North Lakeside Drive, a place other trucks have crashed previously.

Trooper Wright with Utah Highway Patrol said two people were involved, the driver and passenger of the semi.

Wright said there was apparent brake failure on the way into Garden City when the crash occurred.

Footage from witnesses showed the truck barreling through several garages of a condo complex.

No other vehicles were involved and no other injuries were reported which Wright said was miraculous.

Both driver and passenger were transported to the hospital, one by ambulance and one by life flight to the University of Utah hospital.
