The Next Hot Market: Vintage Pickup Trucks

Jun 30, 2023

Forget the classic Defenders and Broncos—now it's all about collecting these old haulers.

This 1979 Ford F-350 Ranger Lariat had a major refurbishment in 2019, which included body repairs and repainting as well as installing a new Ford V8 engine and a new transmission. Finished in two-tone burgundy and gray paint over black vinyl upholstery and woodgrain trim, the truck sold for $122,000 on May 29 on Bringatrailer.com.
