Iowa traffic: Semi-truck flips on its side at east mixmaster

Traffic near the east mixmaster was back to normal Thursday afternoon after a semi-truck was spotted on its side along an entrance ramp.

In the video above, you can see what the area looked like around 10 a.m. Thursday.

It's not clear what caused the truck to tip over.
